(first left after the fire station and under the railway bridge).

The following materials can be recycled at this site.
- Green Waste.
- Timber.
- Fridges/Freezers. (Commercial units will be charged for).
- Computer Monitors / Televisions.
- Waste Engine Oil (and oil filters).
- Cooking Oil.
- Paint.
- Fluorescent Tubes.
- Cardboard.
- Paper / Magazines.
- Scrap Metal.
- Batteries (car and household).
- Washing Machines,Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Cookers.
- Mobile Phones.
- Small ammounts of plasterboard from non commercial sources. ( Ask at site or ring for details).
We wish to divert as much waste as possible from landfill and you can help us achieve this by segregating your waste before you visit the site. This will also speed up your turnaround when you use the site.
Home composters are also available from the Waveney Road Depot for £12.50 paid to the finance department at Ardeevin. They come with full instructions and a kitchen pail for all your vegetable peelings, egg shells, tea bags etc..
Please note
- Due to changes in legislation we can no longer accept tyres of any kind at this site. Tyres can be taken to tyre depots for proper disposal.
- No commercial or industrial waste will be accepted at this site.
- There is a height restriction in place to reduce the number of large vans using the site. In exceptional circumstances vans may accommodated by prior arrangement. See number below.
