Priority 1: Regional Strategies
Monitor and analyse the Northern Ireland Executive’s Programme for Government. Align our strategies and business priorities accordingly and make the most of opportunities that arise.

Improve the quality of life for those who reside in the Borough by making Ballymena a welcoming place.
 
Priority 3: Place
Foster the conditions that make Ballymena a clean healthy place in which to live, work, invest and play.

Build a sustainable mixed economy as the basis Ballymena Borough’s prosperity now and in the future

Achieve excellence in service provision through innovative and efficient delivery
