Profiles Fitness Room
The state of the art gym provides cardiovascular and resistance training under the guidance of highly qualified staff, this ensures that getting into shape is more a pleasure than a pain. The fitness room has also a well equipped free weights room for the dedicated body builder.
The fitness room consists of 32 pieces of equipment including 18 Johnston cardiovascular machines, all with special pulse sensors which monitor heart rate during exercise. Computer controls motivates during your workout with different program options and speed control buttons allow you to increase or decrease the intensity of your work out.
There are a number of membership rates available to suit all users from the casual customer to the fitness enthusiast.
All customers must go through a fitness induction as part of the centres health and safety policy this must be pre-booked with the fitness instructor. During the induction you will be shown how to use all the fitness room equipment by a qualified fitness instructor who will work out a programme to help you achieve your goals.
