Ballymena Golf Club

2 miles North East of Ballymena Town.

Founded in 1903, Ballymena Golf Club is situated about two miles North East of Ballymena on the fringes of the award winning village of Broughshane. It is a well drained, heath land course and as a result is playable on all but the most extreme conditions. Although this 5,798-yard course is relatively short, scoring is somewhat tougher thanks to well-bunkered greens and several demanding par threes. The entire course is dominated by Slemish Mountain, world famous because of its association with Ireland’s patron saint, Patrick.

It’s a good test for all levels of golfer, although careful club selection is a must. There is an excellent clubhouse with great facilities for the use of all visitors.
